A mid-sized organization, at a critical moment of change and growth, realized it was time to review and assess their existing HR team structure, processes and capabilities.
Peridus Group was engaged to conduct a review and assessment to develop and create a strategy, plan and framework to operationally implement compliant and effective HR systems, processes and workflows. The final report included scoring on maturity level (indicating how advanced the development was in the functional activity relative to best practices/current opportunities for HR design and performance) and importance (for each functional area) in terms of the area’s criticality in meeting overall business objectives. The resulting organizational design included adjusting HR roles and accountabilities, re-vamping workflows and processes, providing recommendations for enhancing the HR technology stack, and jointly developing short and long-term goals to guide the HR staff (and the organization) to long-term success.
