Review most any “2022 HR Trends Report” and you will note that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE & I) always makes an appearance when C-Suite Leaders and HR professionals name workplace topics that are top-of-mind. Organizations, more than ever, are assessing, defining, and building DE & I strategies with a realization they’re not taking a stop/start trip but are, in fact, embarking upon an ongoing journey towards awareness, growth and change.
Company leaders (and employees!) can be true champions and change-agents when they celebrate the uniqueness of individuals, realize that we have all had different experiences (with some groups having been marginalized) and do the work to create true opportunities for consistent and equitable experiences.
